高邮市抗日馆副馆位于高邮市烈士陵园内，馆中布展面积约800平米。是高邮市纪念抗日站争胜利、缅怀革命先烈、弘扬爱国主义精神、爱国主义教育的重要基地。
布展设计采用“历史故事与现代科技相结合”的创新模式，打破传统革命纪念馆的展陈形式，采用现代参观的动线，讲述一个个历史事件。 展示形式以“新颖的数字化叙事”作为主要的展示手段，通过现代先进的影像技术，带领参观者穿越时空，近距离感触历史的真相。
